Firefighters of the Fort Worth Fire Department used the Jaws of Life to unroof a silver BMW.

A teenage male driver was trapped in the silver BMW after he crashed into the back of a senior handicapped bus on Wichita Street and Mitchell Boulevard. Witnesses say that the BMW came in at a high rate of speed when it collided with the bus that was parked at the light. Luckily, no one was seriously injured in the multi-car accident. However, the driver of the BMW and one elderly man aboard the bus were escorted to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Accidents can occur when you least expect it. These people were parked at a light when their bus was crashed in to and overturned. While you can be sure that you are being safe and attentive while you are driving, that same assurance cannot be applied to everyone else driving around you and sometimes, you are the victim of an unavoidable accident.

If you or someone you love has fallen victim to such negligent acts, and a serious injury has occurred, then you are entitled to compensation for your medical bills, psychological damage, prevention of current and future earning, inability to earn, and any other matters that have been affected because of the accident. Find an attorney in the Fort Worth/Dallas area who can make sure that you are rightfully compensated and who can give you a hand in the unexpected healing process.
